Steve Ossello has over 30 years’ experience in investments, investment banking, entrepreneurial finance and operations. Since 2004 Steve has been a Partner at Aspenwood Capital. Prior to forming Aspenwood with his two partners, Steve was in institutional sales at Keating Securities – a Denver-based investment banking firm specializing in growth capital formation for small and micro-cap public companies.
Steve began his career as an investment executive with PaineWebber in 1986 and became the sales manager of the Denver branch in 1989. He left in 1991 to start Remington Gaming, 777 Gaming and Alpine Gaming Inc., where he was the CEO and executed Alpine’s IPO. Alpine merged with Century Casinos (Nasdaq - CNTY) and Steve left Alpine/Century. Among other entrepreneurial endeavors, Steve became the CEO of a Colorado software startup which was sold prior to joining Keating. Steve serves as a Director of AtlasBanc Holdings, an international "e" bank platform company that provides a comprehensive array of services enabling institutions and individuals to manage and service their financial assets in markets worldwide.
Steve graduated with a B.B.A. from Gonzaga University. He enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and watching various sports. Steve and his wife Lynnea live in Wheat Ridge and have three grown children.

Reed Madison has over 30 years of experience in investments, investment banking, capital formation, equity portfolio management, equity sales and trading, IPO’s and alternative public offerings. Reed co-founded Aspenwood Capital in 2004. Prior to forming Aspenwood with his two partners, Reed was an institutional salesman with Keating Securities – a Denver-based investment banking firm specializing in capital raises and reverse mergers for small and micro-cap public companies.
Reed began his career as a financial consultant with Shearson/American Express in Southern California in 1984. Reed was also an investment executive with Drexel Burnham, Piper Jaffray and Raymond James – where he managed an independent branch office before joining Keating.
Reed grew up in Montana and graduated with a B.S. in Business from the University of Montana, where he also played varsity football. Reed is an avid skier, cyclist, golfer and tennis player and particularly enjoys participating in those activities with his three sons.

Chris Wrolstad has over 25 years of experience in investments, investment banking, entrepreneurial finance and operations. Since 2004 Chris has been a principal of Aspenwood Capital – now an independent branch of Colorado Financial Service Corporation. Prior to forming Aspenwood with his two partners, Chris was the managing partner of the Golden branch of Keating Securities – a Denver-based investment banking firm specializing in institutional capital raises and reverse mergers for small and micro-cap public companies.
Chris began his career as an investment executive in San Francisco with PaineWebber in 1989. He left in 1992 to become the General Manager of Alpine Gaming, Inc. where he helped manage operations, execute an IPO and later helped merge Alpine with Century Casinos (Nasdaq ticker symbol CNTY) where he served as its Vice President through mid-2001. He left Century to raise capital and join the executive management team of a Colorado software startup which was sold in 2003 prior to joining Keating.
Chris graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University and is an active member of the Gonzaga University Alumni Association, the Denver Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and the Club at Rolling Hills. Chris enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, skiing and cheering on the mighty Gonzaga Bulldogs. He and his wife Lisa live in Golden and have two children in college.

Ken Jensen brings over 30 years of management and leadership experience in a variety of sectors. He has proven success in a broad range of corporate functions, including long range forecasting, business plan development, strategic planning, operational streamlining and plant management. His career started in the financial industry as a Bank Manager and Loan Officer. Then, as General Manager of the largest branch of a large international company, his team had the highest sales and profit numbers in the industry.
As a business owner, Ken had a strong record of spearheading change, increasing revenue, and improving employee productivity and morale. He is skillful in creating and implementing unique marketing strategies to solidify strong customer relationships. Ken is an effective financial manager with marked success in increasing cash flow, reducing expenses, restructuring personnel, and exceeding budget goals.
Ken's experiences in mergers and acquisitions of his own companies, give him an inside perspective. He understands the intricacies of the process through personal experience. The emotions relative to selling something you created or buying a company where there may be uncertainty, can seem insurmountable. Ken is passionate about helping people navigate these challenges.
Ken and his wife Jamie enjoy cycling, hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing in the Colorado wilderness. He graduated from the University of Montana with a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics. Ken sits on several boards, including Home Builders Foundation, Construction Resource Group, Cancer League of Colorado, and Chanda Plan Foundation. Ken is also an acting member of the Seller Readiness Advisory Group, a collection of individuals that are committed to advising and guiding business owners when they are preparing to sell their business, developing an exit strategy, and/or planning for retirement.
